Philosophical Perspective

With the implementation of a standard based curriculum it will provide teachers in all schools ,public ,private and parochial with a effective universal guide for lesson plan development

Instructional Strategy

1. I will use the standards based instruction plans into my lesson plans. 2. Hold a teacherÅfs in service meeting to inform the staff on the proposed Academic standards for the arts and humanities.

Reflections:

What I have done in the past I will continue, I will change my teaching mode keeping in mind the constructivism approach to teaching .My lessons plans will need revised based on knowledge gained at Pennsylvania GovernorÅfs Institute for Art Educators at Gannon University. This new information will bring my lesson plans up to date with the current proposed Academic Standards .
